Rental terms and conditions

Arrival from 16h and departure no later than 10h
The reservation is valid from the moment the tenant pays an advance equal to half of the rent.
Balance to be paid 15 days before arrival

NOT INCLUDED in the rental price: security deposit, final cleaning, consumption of electricity and gas (according to individual counters and/or forfait), possible damages, cancellation insurance. You can request cancellation insurance from your insurance broker.
